Below is a link to the information sheets passed out at the meeting. P-A Information Sheets SPORTS PHYSICALS All SCJH Cross Country team members must have a current sports physical on file before they are allowed to begin practice once official practices start on Monday, August 3. Your completed sports physical paperwork must be turned in to your school before the first practice. In addition, your school’s activity fee must be paid prior to participating. For incoming 6th grade students, the required 6th Grade school physical counts as the sports physical, as long as it has been completed and submitted to the school. DETWEILLER AT DARK SCJH XC team members interested in running Detweiller at Dark on Friday July 24 should get signed up as soon as possible, as the entry fee increases every couple of weeks. When a team member signs up, they should join one of the SCJH XC teams in the registration system. Boys should join SCJH XC Boys, and Girls should join SCJH XC Girls. Use the link below to register.
